When standard courses don’t fit, we design a curriculum with you from the ground up. The flow: (1) Discovery phase — interviews with leadership, key users and IT. (2) Curriculum design — we define learning objectives, modules and use cases along your real processes. (3) Delivery — 5 training days spread over 4–8 weeks, with transfer phases and practice assignments in between.
As a foundation we use curricula our team developed for Business & Trends Academy, Institute for Digital Education and Akademie für Digitale Zukunft — proven structure, individually adapted. Including all materials, workbooks and a train-the-trainer component so you can continue running the curriculum yourself afterwards.
