Requirements & Technology
What do I need to participate in the courses?
You need three things: a computer with internet access, a Claude Pro account (from €20/month at claude.ai) and basic computer skills. No programming knowledge needed — we start from zero.
Which Claude version do I need?
For Claude Quickstart, Claude Pro (€20/month) is sufficient. For Practitioner, Builder and Engineer we recommend Claude Max (from €100/month) — you get more messages, faster responses and access to Claude Code in the terminal.
Do I need programming skills?
For Claude Quickstart: No, absolutely not. For Claude Practitioner: No, but you should bring interest in technology. For Builder and Engineer: Basic developer experience is helpful but not required — Claude Code does the programming for you.
What hardware do I need?
A normal laptop or desktop PC is completely sufficient. Mac, Windows or Linux — everything works. At least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection. For live sessions you need a microphone and optionally a camera.
Do I need to install additional software?
For Quickstart: Just a browser — everything runs via claude.ai. For Practitioner, Builder and Engineer: You install Claude Code (free) and a code editor like VS Code. We show you step by step in the course.
Courses & Content
How do the live sessions work?
Live sessions take place online via Zoom — at fixed times, usually in the evenings. You see the instructor, ask questions in real-time and work hands-on. All sessions are recorded in case you can't attend.
What's the difference between Quickstart and Practitioner?
Claude Quickstart (€149) teaches you the AI basics: prompting, tool selection, first workflows. Claude Practitioner (€990) goes deeper: you build content pipelines, brand voice, ad copy and work in a 4-week cohort with live sessions.
Who are the Builder and Engineer courses for?
Claude Builder (€1,890) is for power users and coaches with tech affinity who want to learn Claude Code, MCP and vibe coding. Claude Engineer (€3,490) is for developers, tech leads and senior freelancers who build multi-agent systems and production pipelines. You get 1:1 office hours, a supervised project and access to the agency network.
Can I upgrade from Quickstart to Practitioner?
Yes! If after the Quickstart course you realize you want to go deeper, we credit the amount already paid towards the Practitioner course. Just contact support.
Do I get recordings?
Yes, all live sessions are recorded. You have at least 12 months access to the recordings. With Practitioner, Builder and Engineer you additionally get slides, workbooks and code templates.
Workshops
What's the difference between a course and a workshop?
Courses run over several weeks with live sessions and systematically build knowledge. Workshops are compact 3–4 hour sessions on a specific topic — perfect when you need a concrete skill set quickly.
Can I book a workshop for my team?
Yes! B2B team workshops start at €1,490 for up to 10 people. For more than 10 participants we create a custom offer. The workshop can also be tailored to your specific use cases.

What's the difference between Anthropic and Academy certificate?
We offer our own SixSides Academy certificate: supervised production project, project review with Boris Dittberner, LinkedIn badge and admission to the SixSides Agency Network. Included in the Claude Engineer course.
Is the certificate recognized?
As of 2026, Anthropic does not offer an established vendor certification program. Our SixSides certificate is a strong signal for Claude competency in the DACH region — based on a real production project, not multiple choice.

Is there installment payment?
Yes, from the Practitioner course we offer installment payment via Klarna: Practitioner 3 × €330, Builder 3 × €630, Engineer 3 × €1,163. Installments are interest-free.
What if I'm not satisfied with the course?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from course start — no questions asked, full refund. In addition, you can repeat the next equivalent cohort once for free if you want to deepen the material.
Can my employer pay for the course?
Yes! We issue invoices with VAT. Many companies cover continuing education costs. We're happy to help you with a template for employer approval.
Organization
What language are the courses in?
All courses and workshops are held in German. Materials are in German with English technical terms, since many Claude AI and tool concepts only exist in English.
When do the live sessions take place?
Usually evenings between 6:00 and 9:00 PM (CET), 1–2 times per week. Exact dates are announced before course start. All sessions are recorded.
How many participants are in a course?
Quickstart: Async (unlimited). Practitioner: max. 15 participants. Builder: max. 10 participants. Engineer: max. 5 participants — this guarantees personal attention and 1:1 office hours.
