Which AI certificate is valuable for your job?
The honest answer: The value of an AI certificate depends less on the issuer than on the content. An IHK certificate with general AI basics doesn't help you if your job requires specific Claude Code skills. For companies qualifying employees in Claude AI, our certificate is often more valuable than a general AI certificate.
What is the Anthropic Claude certification?+
Anthropic, the company behind Claude AI, has introduced an official certification documenting competence with Claude. The exam is taken directly with Anthropic (in English) and is recognized worldwide. SixSides Academy specifically prepares you for this exam — with material in German, mock exams and personal support.
How does the SixSides certificate exam work?+
The exam consists of two parts: First, a final project you develop during the course and present to the group. Second, a 60-minute online exam with practical tasks (no multiple-choice). Both parts together determine whether you receive the certificate. Retakes are free.
Do I have to take a course to get the certificate?+
Yes. The SixSides Academy certificate is only awarded after completing a certification-eligible course (currently: AI Beginner, AI Content Creation or AI Advanced). We don't issue 'exam-only' certificates because we want to ensure the qualification is genuine.
Can I do both certificates — SixSides and Anthropic?+
Yes, and we recommend it. The AI Advanced course prepares for both paths. You receive the SixSides certificate after the course and can register for the official Anthropic exam simultaneously. Many participants do both because it's the strongest combination for the job market.
How long is the certificate valid?+
Our certificates have no expiration date. However, you get 1 year of free updates to the course material, because the AI world changes quickly. After one year you can extend the update subscription or retake the course at a discount.
