Week 1–2: Multi-Agent Architectures
Hand-off protocols, recovery, eval. Own agent harness: sub-agents, hooks, custom tools, cost routing.
Week 3–4: MCP at Scale & System Optimization
MCP servers in production: auth, rate limits, observability, multi-tenant. Parallelization, token efficiency, fan-out/fan-in.
Week 5–6: AutoResearch & Eval Harness
AutoResearch loops (Karpathy pattern). Memory systems + hybrid retrieval (BM25 + vector + re-ranking). Build eval harness.
Week 7–8: GTM Engineering & Certification
GTM engineering: marketing as a software project. Production deployment + observability + SLOs. Supervised project, code review, SixSides Engineer certificate.
