With-You Implementation + Training

With-You Implementation is not a workshop and not classic consulting — it’s a two-week sprint where our SixSides team works as a technical co-pilot next to your team. Week 1: use case selection, setup, architecture — we build the first Claude Code workflows, skills and MCP servers together. Week 2: your team takes over more and more, we move into a guidance role. Parallel micro-learning: 60–90 minutes of structured training every day directly on the real code.

The difference to a pure workshop: you leave the two weeks with real, productively deployed AI workflows, not theoretical knowledge. The difference to pure consulting: your team is capable of extending the system independently by the end. Including 60 days follow-up via Slack, two review sessions and a written implementation report.
